On the right hand side at the bottom you will see a section called Meta.   Select Register (see Fig A below).  A window will come up where you enter your user name and e-mail address (see Fig B below). 

You will receive an e-mail in about thirty minutes with a temporary password.  This pass word can be change by logging in on the home page and you will be taken to the ‘Your Profile’ page. Entering a new password twice (see Fig C below).  You can also add more information about yourself.
